Recently completed, our renovation and re-decoration of an artisan workers cottage in leafy Kew Gardens, south west London.
Our brief was to upgrade and refurbish the property for rental or re-sale, installing brand new kitchen, two bathrooms and new finishes throughout to the open plan ground floor, living room and two bedrooms.
We are particularly proud of our bathrooms which feature hunted-down vintage armoires and vanity units which ooze character and add acres of useful storage. We sourced some gorgeous tiles and materials and finishes to create a modern boho look and feel, with crisp white sanitaryware and classic victoriana taps and shower controls, peppered with our Run For The Hills signature accessories, props and creative touches. We oversaw everything from design planning, CAD, sourcing, specifications and co-ordinating all tradespeople to achieve the high end finish we wanted at the same time as delivering great value through clever sourcing and procurement, mixing and matching high street, vintage and premium products.
The Clients love the cottage and are planning on keeping it in the family! Full case study to follow…
